Chris Brown Beat Up Rihanna Hahahaha

I mean he got fired from Doublemint Gum, Got Milk?, and Sesame's Street (that's obvious). Here's the full news story...

Sunday night should have been an evening of celebration for Chris Brown. He was supposed to sing "Forever" at the Grammys, and girlfriend Rihanna was expected to be by his side and perform on the show as well.

But something went terribly wrong early Sunday morning, and neither made it to the show. Instead, Brown turned himself in during the broadcast to be booked on suspicion of making criminal threats. The singer, 19, was released from jail on $50,000 bail.

Though police have not confirmed the name of the victim, reports have stated that it was Rihanna, 20, and that she suffered serious, visible bruises on her face and bite marks on her arms. Brown has not made a public statement yet about the incident, but several entertainment experts agreed that if Brown — who has had a squeaky-clean reputation since debuting at age 16 with the hit "Run It" — owns up to his actions and apologizes, his once-promising career might be able to survive the current firestorm.

"Chris Brown's entire career is based on being the nice boy next door. ... He's the kid that 14-year-olds are obsessed with and their parents aren't freaked out by that," said Julianne Shepherd, executive editor of The Fader, who noted that the case is further complicated by the public's love for Rihanna and the aura of cool the young, talented couple exuded. "So for this to come out ... that's why it is so shocking. Because everyone thinks they know him and his entire career is predicated on this sweetness."

Prior to the alleged incident, Brown and Rihanna — who had two and three Grammy nominations, respectively — had attended the Clive Davis pre-Grammy gala on Saturday night. Reports from the event depicted a couple in the throes of another rough patch, reportedly due to a text message Brown allegedly received from another female that night.

Howard Bragman — longtime public-relations expert, author of "Where's My Fifteen Minutes?" and founder of the Fifteen Minutes PR firm — said the first thing anyone has to do in this kind of a situation is exactly what Brown and his team have done.

"Everyone wants a quick response," he said, alluding to the fact that Brown, who has not been formally charged in the case, has not made any statement. "We all want to hear from Chris about what happened or hear an 'I'm sorry.' But when you're representing someone in a tough situation, what you have to do is take a deep breath and understand exactly what happened and understand that what has been reported and the whisper campaign are not necessarily 100 percent accurate."

If Brown did the things he is reported to have done, or is charged with a crime, Bragman said the singer might have to face judgment in two courts: the legal one and that of and that of public opinion. "It's a delicate, delicate balancing act," Bragman said, noting that if pictures of a battered Rihanna or video of the alleged incident leak out, or if she speaks out against him, it could do serious damage to his potential court case and image. "The good news for Chris is that if it did happen, we will forgive him. It will take a lot of time, it will take him to acknowledge that he did something wrong, it will take a catharsis, something like anger management, or some kind of rehab if there is a substance involved."

But, Bragman speculated, this is not the end of a "very talented young man's" career, and if Brown talks about the impact of the alleged domestic abuse he witnessed in his home growing up, it might help his public image and his career, while making him more sympathetic in the face of these shocking allegations. "This is a very serious charge," Bragman said, suggesting that community service, such as volunteering at a battered women's shelter, might help Brown revive his now-damaged public image. "The only things more serious are murdering and hurting animals."

In a 2006 interview with MTV News and a 2007 sit-down with Giant magazine, Brown claimed his mother had been physically abused by his stepfather, a claim the stepfather has denied. But that alleged history of domestic abuse, which Brown said angered him so much he wanted to kill his stepfather, might make him a bit more sympathetic to the many young fans he's likely disappointed. "Chris Brown has a lot of young fans, so I don't think this will derail his career," said Giant editor in chief Emil Wilbekin, who added that the implication that the singer harmed his girlfriend sends a "really bad message" to his many young fans.

"Because he has talked about [domestic abuse] before, it will depend on how he handles it," he said. "If he is very transparent about it and very honest about it, I think consumers and fans will be more forgiving." Wilbekin said the best way for Brown to handle the fallout is to be honest, get some help and apologize to his fans. "If he apologizes and seeks help, I think fans will forgive him."

In addition to losing a lucrative deal to promote Doublemint gum, Brown has been forced to drop out of a pair of club appearances in Arizona this weekend in connection with the NBA All-Star Game, and some radio stations have begun pulling his songs from the air.

But Bragman said Rihanna also has to think about how speaking out on the incident — or not — might impact her career and image. "I don't think either of them should let this incident define their music — they're both incredibly talented, they've both done a great job of defining themselves, of standing out in a very tough music market that we live in, and they're both making a lot of money and successful, so I think they should continue to do what got them there," he said. "What she has to do is take the next few days and weeks and absorb this instant that happened to her and understand how she feels about it and how she wants to go forward with it and what her relationship with Chris is going forward."

Battle Between Bus Driver and Parent

This video, shows a Newark,Ohio bus aide in a verbal and physical confrontation this week on a bus. The incident which lasted about seven minutes. This video clip starts about midway through an extended argument that began between a mother and the bus driver. The bus aide was on board due to the presence of handicapped students. Two students were on board at the time. Note: This video has been edited for length and the removal of a few seconds of audio because of profanity.

The video from Wednesday afternoon's Newark school bus incident, shows the mother getting on the bus to talk with the driver, then raising her voice as the aide joined the conversation. Two Excel Academy students in the back of the bus can be seen watching the incident. Newark Law Director Doug Sassen said his office is reviewing the charge.

The entire episode lasted about seven minutes, with the parent talking to the driver for about three minutes before the aide entered the conversation.
During the confrontation between the aide and the parent, the aide told the mother to get off the bus and points at her. "You make me get off this bus," the mother said, shortly before telling the aide to get out of her face and pushing the aide's hand away.

The mother appeared to push the aide's hand away, and when the aide resisted, the mother shoved the aide backward and into one of the bus' seats. The aide kicked once at the mother, who caught her foot before letting her up again. "I'm not talking to you," the mother yelled. "I'm talking to the bus driver."

The driver did not get involved in the altercation because she has a disability. As of Friday, no charges have been filed against the mother, Sassen said. His office received the complaint at 10:30 a.m. Friday, watched the video and discussed a possible minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. More information on the charge should be available next week, Sassen said.

Dave Altepeter, director of classified personnel at Newark City Schools, said he couldn't recall any previous physical altercations between a parent and an employee on a school bus. He said parents have raised their voices at bus drivers and have complained about various issues. The mother's issue with the bus driver stemmed from the driver not picking up her son in the morning. She said she has had trouble with the driver leaving before her son could get out to the bus. Altepeter said the district has heard complaints from parents about the driver passing a house without picking up a child.

He said the driver needs to keep on a specific schedule and can't stop at every house and wait for students to walk out of the house and down to the bus stop. Children should be prepared to board the bus as it pulls up. Contrary to what the aide said Thursday, Altepeter said parents are allowed to step up to school buses to talk with drivers and even can ride on a bus if they want to, with approval. "If any parent ever wants to step on the bus, they can," he said.

Superintendent Keith Richards said the situation could have been avoided if the mother had contacted him about her complaints with the driver. The aide, who is assigned to the bus because it carries students with disabilities, said she went to the hospital after the incident and was off work for the rest of the week. She is expected to return to work Monday, with her doctor's approval.

The district is not taking any disciplinary action against either the driver or the aide and said the incident is in the court's hands. The mother has been charged with a minor misdemeanor of disorderly conduct and be arraigned at 12:45 p.m. March 5, according to the Licking County Municipal Court
The maximum penalty for the charge is $150, with no jail time, Law Director Doug Sassen said.

After watching the videotape of the incident, Sassen said the charge was warranted, instead of an assault charge.
"It doesn't appear to me that there is sufficient evidence (to pursue an assault charge)," he said. "I don't think she was trying to cause physical harm."
Sassen said a disorderly conduct charge means the woman was causing inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to the bus aide, with violent behavior.

An assault charge would have meant the woman had intended to harm the aide. The incident happened Wednesday afternoon as the bus was dropping the woman's son off. She boarded the bus to speak with the driver about why her son wasn't picked up that morning. About three minutes into that conversation, the bus aide, who had been attending to two Excel Academy students, told the woman to get off the bus. A short time later, the woman pushed the aide's arm away, then pushed her back into a seat. The aide said she went to the hospital after the incident and didn't work the rest of the week because of health reasons, she said.

Fight Between Student and Bus Driver

Video released Thursday from a camera mounted inside a Higley Unified School District bus shows the bus driver engaging in a physical confrontation with a teenage girl.

The incident happened February 15, when 54-year-old Kim Sullivan was driving students home from Williams Field High School in Gilbert.

The video shows Sullivan stopping the bus after repeatedly warning 15-year-old Samantha Taylor to sit back in her seat and stop touching the boy in front of her.

After stopping the bus, Sullivan walked back toward Taylor's seat and asked her why she was on the bus, then told her to find another way to get to and from school.

Taylor tried to exit the bus; Sullivan tried to push her back into her seat.

Taylor repeatedly yelled at Sullivan to "stop touching me" and called her mother on her cell phone.

Sullivan said she was calling police.

The altercation escalated when Taylor handed Sullivan her phone to speak with her mother, and Sullivan tossed the phone aside. Taylor then began screaming at Sullivan, "You punched me!" though the alleged blow was not visible on the video.

Another student trying to exit the bus, 14-year-old Cassandra Schlosser, told her mother on her cell phone that the bus driver was "like about to get in a fistfight with Sammy." About a minute later, the confrontation turned into a full-blown physical fight when Taylor moved forward to grab her phone and Sullivan tried to push her back.

The laughs and jeers of the other students on the bus turned to gasps of shock that faded to silence as Taylor and Sullivan continued to grapple with each other. Though the two moved forward and out of range of the camera's lens, the sound of a blow being struck is clearly heard on the video.

The two moved back into view of the camera with Sullivan pulling Taylor's hair. At the same moment, Sullivan's 16-year-old daughter came running forward, screaming at Taylor to get off her mother. She grabbed two handfuls of Taylor's hair and tried to pull the girl off Sullivan.

She then told Sullivan to get off of Taylor, but continued to pull Taylor's hair in her attempts to wrestle Taylor away from her mother. Schlosser then joined the melee, yelling at the Sullivan to get off of Taylor, a few seconds before a male student came forward and knocked Sullivan's daughter away from Taylor.

The fight continued for about another minute, ending when a tearful Taylor joined the rest of the students as they exited the bus through an emergency exit door on the side of the vehicle. Sullivan, also in tears, then radioed her dispatcher, asking, "Where is my help that I asked for?"

A school district official told the East Valley Tribune that a school supervisor was on the way to the bus but was stuck in traffic. The official said one student called police while the incident unfolded, but the students had left the bus by the time officers arrived. When a female student approached Sullivan after the brawl to ask if she was OK, Sullivan responded, "Yes... it's all on the tape."

On Friday, the Gilbert Police Department concluded their investigation. The police report will be forwarded to the Maricopa County Attorney's office requesting the following charged to be filed: Kim Sullivan with aggravated assault (intentional touching of a child 15 and under) and disorderly conduct; Taylor with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct; and Schlosser and Erin Sullivan with disorderly conduct. The school district also conducted an administrative investigation in conjunction with police.

On Wednesday, the district sent a letter home to parents informing them of the incident, the Tribune reported. Taylor, Schlosser and Sullivan's daughter were suspended, and Sullivan was placed on paid leave, according to the Tribune. Sullivan has worked as a bus driver for the district since last June and has driven buses elsewhere before, the Tribune reported.

Indiana Teen Beating While Adults Watching

CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WAVE) -- A teenage girl is still recovering after a violent fight caught on camera phone at Thunder Over Louisville. It happened at a parking lot in Clarksville and police say adults watched and didn't try to stop it. As WAVE 3's Shayla Reaves investigates, police have a warning for people who post their crimes online.

Thousands packed the waterfront for Thunder over Louisville, but at least six girls gathered for more than fireworks Saturday night.

"We're going to call her the victim and I'll explain to you why," Clarksville Police Chief Dwight Ingle said as he watched the video and pointed to one of two girls about to fight.

Police say a group of teenage girls placed repeated cell phone calls telling the victim they "had differences that needed to be settled." The calls landed the group in Kye's parking lot, which is not far from the Clark Memorial Bridge and a prime Thunder viewing area.

At 8 p.m. what started as talks quickly turned to violence after taunts and threats led the victim to throw the first punch. She and one suspect landed on the ground, but the victim soon found herself on the defensive as the other girl bashed the victim in the head with rocks.

"This girl here, she grabs three different times she grabs a handful of rocks and she's beating this girl on the head with a handful of rocks," said Ingle.

Another teen tried to kick the victim in the head while she was on the ground, and the entire incident was captured on video on a cell phone and posted online at www.photobucket.com.

"We're having more and more problems with what the kids are putting on the Internet, it's like they get in a fantasy world," Ingle said. "There's consequences to this."

Police say the victim suffered extensive head injuries and a chipped tooth, and the suspects will be charged. According to police at least three adults stood by and watched but didn't try to stop the fight. All the girls involved ranged from ages 12 to 14 years old.

"This video has been turned over to the prosecutor's office and he's going over to see what kind of charges can be filed against everyone that's there," Ingle said. "And there is going to be consequences."

Victoria Lindsay Beating

On March 30 in Polk Co., Fla., Lindsay was invited to a former friend's house where she was allegedly ambushed by six other teenage girls and beaten so viciously that at one point she lost consciousness and later had to be treated in a hospital for injuries. The attack reportedly lasted more than 30 minutes.

A video of the attack, which was released by the Polk County Sheriffs Department, shows Lindsay literally backed into a corner and attempting to cover her head while the girls alternate pummeling her and yelling at her.

"What am I going to do?" she told "Good Morning America." "I thought I was going to die, honestly. I couldn't fight back. There was too many of them. So my only thought was just to protect myself and not to hit back and try to move, like, away when they were punching."

But Lindsay was unable to avoid the blows and suffered a concussion and injuries to her left eye and left ear. One girl reportedly slammed her head into a wall until she lost conscioussness.

"It's really unreal for me, how my friends could turn on me... and do that to me," she said.

That night, her parents, Patrick and Talisa Lindsay, received a call from the hospital and got the horrifying news.

When he got to the hospital, Patrick told "Good Morning America" he did not recognize his daughter.

"When I stepped into the room the nurse said she was at, I peeked around the curtain and seen a girl laying there in pretty bad shape and I left the room," he said. "I didn't know it was her."

Patrick said she was huddled in the corner of her bed with her knees drawn up towards her chest.

"Then I heard her crying as I was walking out of the room, cause she seen me, and I went back in and just sat on the foot of the bed and put my arm on her leg because I was afraid to touch her. I was afraid that I would hurt her because she was... she was beat up pretty good."

"I didn't know what to say," he said. "Words failed me at that moment."

The brutal beating of 17-year-old Victoria Lindsay on March 30 was caught on videotape.Lindsay's parents' outrage and torment was made worse when the video of Lindsay's beating played on television and Web sites around the world.

"I was angry," Talisa said while fighting back tears. "How could somebody do that to my little girl? And how could people walk away feeling good about it? Videotaping it and thinking it's funny and hilarious. It's not funny."

Seven months later, Lindsay still feels the physical effects of the attack. "My ears are fine," she said. "It kind of felt like something was stuck in it after a while, but that went away eventually. The only thing I don't like is... my eye. It's still kind of blurry. But I think glasses may help that."

Girl Fight Week

It's about to be a what.......a girl fight week! Sup my homiezz this week I'm going to be talking about crazy and graphic beatings by teenage girls. Girls just love to bash eachother and I know how it feels to be bashed. I've witnessed a lot of freekin crazy ass fights! The most saddest and wrongest fight was the Victoria Lindsay fight because I almost wanted t0 cry. Those fake ass wiggety girls aka cheerwhorez were beating that innocent 16 year old and they wouldn't let her leave. They just kept attacking her like freekin animals.
